Mother's Day celebration united children, police officers and a Chef

In order to encourage families, especially mothers and their children to have dinner together, the NYPD Community Affairs Division organized a Mother's Day Celebration held at the Institute of Culinary Education on May 6th, 2019. CSFHC helped NYPD with the recruitment of families.

The dinner was prepared by the children and police officers with the guidance of the chef. The mothers were asked to sit at the table and just witness their children preparing the dinner and to be served by them as well.

We all had a wonderful time!
